Where are ALM Busy Circuits products manufactured?
All of our modules and electronic components are designed and professionally manufactured in the United Kingdom to ensure the highest build quality and rigorous testing standards.
Do your modules come with a warranty?
Yes, all new ALM products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect power connection or physical abuse.
What is your shipping policy for international orders?
We ship worldwide using tracked courier services. Please note that international customers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes applicable in their specific country.
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 14-day return policy for items in their original, unopened packaging. Once a module has been racked or used, we can only accept returns if the unit is found to be defective.
How do I update the firmware on my digital modules?
Firmware updates are provided via our official website. Most modules can be updated via a simple USB connection or by playing an audio file into the module's input, depending on the specific hardware version.
Are power cables and mounting screws included?
Yes, every module ships with a standard 10-to-16 pin Eurorack power cable and a set of M3 mounting screws so you can get started immediately.
